i cant gain weight
ok so i am in a cut cycle, but with all the food that im eatin and training that im doing this doesnt seem right. i am the exact same weight thatwas 3 weeks ago. i know that i am loosing some fat, and i see that gains in myshoulders, but wtf. id like to see something in the way of lbs. im trying to cut so if it stays the same i guess that if i stay the same i doesn't really matter. just frustrated. btw my cycle is
test e 400 mg week1-12
eq 300 mg week1-11
winny 25mg ed weeks 7-12
nolva 10mg ed week 1-18
clomid PCT weeks 15-18
if anyone has done a similar cycle let me know if the gains were slow starting off. i know it takes time. just had to vent to someone that working so hard and not seeing any gains on the scale up or down is kinda demoralizing.

If you're in a cutting cycle, why are you concerned with gaining weight? Steroids are usually added to a cutting program to maintain muscle that is already there while your diet strips away fat.
Are you doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach? How's your diet?

for one thing ur steroids r probably just about to kick in and if ur trying to cut then why r u worried about gaining weight? if ur losing 5lbs of fat and gaining 5 lbs of muscle then u will b the same weight . u should take ur measurments and check that after dont go by weight bro. also i would up ur winny to 50mg/day

loosing bf and staying the same weight is good because it means you are maintaining your muscle. I would up the winny to 50mg/ed and run it 9-14.

scales are misleading and discouraging.
Judge by a mirror, and others compliments

that cycle will take 6-7 weeks before it hits hard , besides your already making gains naturally ..just give it a few more weeks and keep bustin your ass.+

They say muscle is 6 times more dense than fat. That means that amount of mass you gained on your shoulders....you lost 6x that in fat... If your doin a cutting cycle you are better off judging improvement on appearance and bf% than actual weight...imo
