New Forum!!! Injuries!!!

What we really need on this forum is a INJURIES section... I mean... HOW many of us have been hurt while lifting???

I have numerous times... so why not have a place to go and discuss what you hurt, how you hurt it, how you can prevent it, how you can treat it, strengthening exercises, etc. etc. It may sound a little strange but if you think about it that is so huge... how many of us have worked our @sses off for our hard earned gains only to loose them all to a little mistake or accident... I hope that the mods give this some serious thought as this is as big a part of our sport as diet, lifting, and AS are IMO.... but who knows how much that counts for... Thanks!!!

Yeah no kidding me too... almost 5 months outta the gym now between a torn intercostal muscle and some super jacked up elbows.... hoping someone knows what I can do to help heal/strengthen them...

I love the idea for that forum. I am the injury king. Infact I have had a hernia for 3 years that went away. Then came back two weeks into my cycle. Not fair, but that's how it works for me it seems.

I had an inguinal hernia back in august that thing just about killed me I thought i was going to pass out every time i squatted lol.

i had 2 prolapsed discs, rotator cuff, anterior caps ligament and some other part of my right shoulder, both wrist ligaments all in last year!! im the king

and the custom title i meant wasnt banned, but it would be my choice not urs lol

were working on it should be up any day soon
