What is the maximum amout of ccs that we can inject at once in the delts and butt?

depends how big you are. Most guys can push 3 into the glutes, and 2 into the delts without a ton of discomfort.

Personally i do max 2ccs everywhere except in the ass where i go with max 3

2cc for delts, 3ccs for butt, 1 cc for tri/bi, 2-3 for quads, 1cc for calves
but of course if you're shoting thick oils you wouldn't want to shot more
than 1cc at each spot as the pain will kill you for days straightly, so mix
thick oils with milder oils then split the shots and you'll be fine all the time, bro.
