    hungry as hell

    since i started my cycle i have been sooo hungry, which is good...and i do eat alot...my question is when i get hungry at night (when your not supposed to eat) and im soo hungry that i cant sleep, is there something I can eat that will not just store as fat all night...

    have a shake with flax oil, and some cottage cheese.

    lol, i wake up hungry too. you eat like a pig all day long and still it happens. not sure what to tell you, i just go back to sleep.

    I'm eating a lean steak marinated in olive oil & seasonings as we speak...
    I usually have tuna with Just 2 Good mayo and mixed nuts, all mixed together.

    Yep, and drink lots of water. If you can still sleep, I'd suggest a couple cups of green tea closer to bed as well

    but lets say im gonna eat no matter what time....what is the best thing to have a night? that will still keep you lean?

    have a protein/fat close to bed. that way you seem full and it should last through the night

    try a shake, tuna, turkey, or any lean meat

    a protein/fat meal. There are many choices. I advise you to drink water until you are full, eat a protein/fat meal, then drink more water. Your body will think you are fuller (more full, whatever) than you really are...

    try casein protein before sleep, it works really well
    boiled eggs works great too
