Winstrol only

Since 15 year I am in bodybuilding but so far i have been natural.
I will start with a cycle of “Winstrol only”. The purpose is to get some extra mass for around 3 – 5 kilo. I will keep this extra mass as long as possible. I will use it only once.

My question;
What can be the risk of “Winstrol” only when using this with injections? I know tablets are bad for you the liver.
Maybe some of you can give me some expierence, can be bad or good.

I am still searching but what do you recommend what kind of cycle I can start, just to do a cycle for once.
I see, Winstrol has some risks after reading your commands.

500mgweekly 10-12 weeks,with the correct pct.

dude.. i'm 44... you do not want to run winny...

if you were going to run anything.. run 500mg test e only..

or 40mg or anavar only..

the winny will mess with too many things.. like your hair, cholesterol,sex drive and will make your joints feel like you are 65...

If all you were ever going to do is one cycle.. do the anavar 8-12 weeks..

your diet will be the more important part of this cycle..

everybod has gotta start sumwhere mate yes i suggest test ran at 500mg per week,get sum nolvadex just in case you get symtoms of gyno,you shouldnt but best to be safe.

Winny is not good for mass per say anyway... You will love the test, I am almost 36 years old and I love being on it. There is a reason why you here "test is best" and "test is king"... Plus it is a natural hormone your body produces anyway... I would think of it as the healthy choice.

Just posted this advising another 1st timer, hope it helps

Get yourself some Test, preferebly Enan/Cyp, they both have longer acting esters ehich means less frequent injections. Iv written a cycle I would suggest to a 1st timer such as your self:

1-12 Test Enan/Cyp 500mg/wk (250mg E3.5 Days)
1-4 Dbol 25-40mg/ED
1-12 Nolva 10mg/ED

PCT

14-16 Clomid 100mg/ED
16-18 Clomid 50mg/ED
14-18 Nolva 20mg/ED
14-18 Creatine 5g/ED
14-18 Tribulas 3-5g/ED

Also include all your normal supplements during the cycle such as:

Flax Seed Oil
1000mg Vit C
Milk Thistle
Mult-Vit
Protein Powders etc...

Anavar sounds also good to me but I suppose most people using Test and special when you are 44:-)

One more thing... You will not use just once. Once you cross over to the darkside you will become more powerful that you could ever imagine.

That is one reason you will continue. Everyone that has told me I am doing only one (including myself) has not stopped cycling. It is very possible to add 1 inch to your arms, they say add 10lbs of muscle can do it, and if you change your diet for gaining(go to the diet forum here) you could gain alot of mass.

With intense training, lower the volume(train no more than 45minutes), eat big, rest, pct properly and your gains can be kept.

A Doctor can prescribe you testosterone for hormone replacement therapy. If your test levels are low, they can tell by a blood test, you can get this from a doctor or... See the banner right below your very first post? It says oasis right on it, click on it and read about there company... You may find a longevity clinic from your country. Where are you from?

Usually Test levels begin to decrease with age. They begin to decrease between ages 23-30 years.

Beceause you are 44 years old you may have low Test levels already, get them tested by your doctor before you start taking any steroids . People with low Test levels are priscribed Hormone Replacement Therapy. That means you may be able to get the steroids you need for your cycle by a doctor.

No but it would be smart to do... I did at 32 or 33 for a baseline. I am saying if you go to a doctor they will prescribe and give you testosterone to use. I am not sure if oasis services the Netherlands.

no it s hormone replacement therapy. it s not widely praticed like in the US. and still it s unknown if it s healthy for ppl....
