That is incorrect, read hookers profile on deca . also go to Swole Cat's site for additional information www.gotswole.com, there is alot of helpful inforamation of there including cycles, diet, training and eating right.

Test E 500/mg week
Deca 300-400/mg week

would spot some great gains

well yeah i know deca is a long ester, i just wasnt sure if when they made durabolin they shortened it or something, i really dont know how that works, on this sites main page it says that it gets into the blood rather quick, and i guess there are differences between the two.

There are different company for deca and my all time favorite for dollar for dollar is decabol by b/d good stuff.. you should look into it sometime.
