    Cramping!!!!!!!!!!

    How much is too much potassium (tablets)

    I've got Potassuim Gluconate 595 mg (99 mg elemental Potassium)

    What is the max I can take and yes I am drinking water all day

    Try Taurine instead or with the potassuim. Doesnt the label say something like 99mg is 3% of daily values? I think mine did, as I'm out now so I cant check.

    Drink the shit the give to babies and kids. It's Pedalite or something? Serious, not joking...When I was on heavier cycles when I was younger I would always cramp up in the middle of the night in bed. Hurts.

    Not yet I just ordered some and have read the Ed forum on it and am getting everything else that i need like the Taurine, I read someone post eat the potassium tablets by the handfull (joking of course) but I would like to know the max amount

    i did a superdrol stack recently and turnin in bed i get cramps in my back. i have to get up and walk it off like 5 times a night.

    Cruise, what exactly are you taking right now? Are you making sure to take a multivitamin? You should have no problem with taking too many potassium tablets as long as you dont take some rediculous amount. I've taken 10 a day when I needed it before with no problems.

    Keep up those electrolytes and you should be fine.

    I was on test e, tren a and prop for first cylce till i noticed i was taking it incorrectly(check thread "question about prop in my cycle") once I learned of this site and got educated. but now I'm taking 500 mg test e, 200 mg b6, centrum performance multivit, gatorade and lots of water and trying not to drink much alcohal Ive gained almost 15 lbs and doin great in my 4th week

    Just keep up the electrolytes and you should be ok. If you are looking for a good source of electrolytes, try V8 juice or pedialyte (drink for little kids). They will both help.
