I found the most effective way to bring out your abs is to train them straight after a short run (about a mile or so)... your diet has to be strict too

Some crappy - some good. You can't go wrong with a good regimin of cardio 1st thing in the AM on an empty stomach and keep the diet real clean.

There was a cutting gel on the market before the big bad eph ban, and it is said that it worked quite well for spot reduction. But generally, belly fat is the last large fat deposit to be used for energy, and therefore the last to go. So just be patient and keep your diet on track. Monitor your body weight and shoot for a loss of 1 to 2 lbs per week, or a bit more if you are using eph or clen or dnp which I don't particularly care for. DNP is some serious stuff.

Once you are popping out with veins everywhere else, you will start losing that last bit of belly fat. Cardio helps, but NO NEED to do set after set after set of ab work. I only do ONE set of proper crunches and sometimes I add a set of reverse crunches if I am feeling frisky. More will not help. Situps are not going to help very much, either... stick to crunches.

If you want to do eph, research "ECA" or "ECA stack". If you decide to use clen, start out with no more than 40 mcg per day, then increase slowly as sides allow. After 2 weeks, take 50 to 75 mg ED of benadryl for a week while continuing the clen. Two weeks without, two weeks with, clen, repeat as desired. To get the best results, make SOME fat loss happen without the clen, first... then add it if desired. Sides include insomnia, night sweats, (well, day sweats, too!) elevated body temp, tremors, shortness of breath. You are at greater than usual risk of heat exhaustion or heatstroke.

    very true.

abs are a muscle and we all know that muscle needs ample recovery time, working out the same muscle everyday? !

learn to manipulate carbs and cardio:

no simple carbs with your last meal of the day.
intense cardio in the a.m.(burns almost entirely fat calories)after a protien shake 7 days a week.
eliminate white rice, potatoes, pasta, bread and most important diet sodas, artificial sweetners and any other simple carbs during this period.
perform intense evening cardio before your last meal 3-5 days per week.
you obviously will not be bulking during this period.

realize that years of fat accumilation won't come off in 6 weeks.
