    On cycle, how many cals?

    110kg/240lbs - 20%BF - 190cm tall (about 6,3)

    I eat 4800kcal on training days
    and 4000 on non-training days.

    Is it good enough?

    Trying to determine someone's caloric intake to gain, lose, maintain, can be hard because there are different variables to take in consideration.

    If you know what your maintence calories are then all you have to do is raise those to start gaining.
