Bloodwork done (thyroid,igf1,igf1bp3)
Hi fellas.. i need some help over here
My bloodwork results: *the regular bloodwork was fine
T4: 7.7 pmol/L normal range (9-19)
T3: 2.5 pmol/L (2.6-5.7)
TSH: 2.08 mIU/L (0.3-5)
IGF1: 251.42 ng/ml *dont know the normals* i searched & find (109-284)
IGF1BP3: 2731.29 ng/ml *totaly lost here.. whats this,normals??
*I`m not sure but i guessing that my test level is low due of last test-eq cycle 3months before. i did a pct with clomid, nolvas, ldex
NOW i`m taking:
gh 4.5iu/d right now.. started from 2iu 3 months ago
T3 25mcgs per day from the begining (up to 37.5 after the booldwork)
started new cycle a week before (of bloodwork)
1-8 600 primo/w
1-3 80 adriol x6/d
2-11 100 testprop/d
3-9 75 tren a/d
4-10 80 var/d
Diet:
I`m in cutting diet for +4 months with cardio.. low carbs >150 (cycling 150-60) +clen ,eca
I have a light hypothyroidism as you can see
i`m guessing that its from gh and the diet as well
that lowering the tryroid fuction
I need some support over here bros
What to do to get up my thyroid (stop the diet?? no)
What the hell is the igf1bp3 and what is the normals range that should be?
Is igf1 levels ok?
Any help would be great appreciate bros
peace

lowering the tryroid fuction is from the t3 not the gh.

hey guys i find this in article infos
"Here is how insulin and IGF1 work together. Igfbp3 is the binding protein, which allows IGF1 to remain active in the system for a long enough period of time to really work its magic. IGF1 by nature has a half-life of less than 10 minutes by its self. The molecule was so small it would escape the blood stream very rapidly. This was the reason IGF1 was so "underground". It took very frequent injections at high dosages to achieve even minimal results. Aside from this reconstituting the compound required a degree in biochemistry. This short acting version was the only IGF1 known until recently IGF1 would have been administered in 100 mcg dosages 4-6 times a day. That is a hell of a lot of IGF1. That explains a lot of the distended bellies. Now with R3 long chain IGF1 and the Binding protein IGFBP3 IGF1 will last up to 6 hours in the system. By binding IGF to the IGFBP3 you make the molecule larger and it gets trapped in the blood stream until the protein is broken down and the IGF molecule escapes. You can further its life by combining Insulin with it, although I here its very risky. Insulin prevents the breakdown of IGFBP3 and leaves the IGF1 molecule roaming free in the blood stream for longer periods of time up to 12 hours as insulin levels return to normal IGFBP3 will begin to break down and the IGF1 will escape from its bound protein IGFBP3 again having a half life of less than 10 minutes."
so the high level of igf1bp3 displayed in my bloodwork is ok??
i didnt find the normal range of it
and how can i race my thyroid fuction.. i`m allready add 12.5mcg of t3
total 37.5. i`m below 40mcg that can be effect the igf1 levels
also i slowly get my carbs up as my new cycle starts
i read at hookes articles that tren can effect the thyroid fuction as well
so by adding tren in the hole shit conna be worst??
Damn i`m so confused.. by monday i`ll visit a doc ask him about it

igfbp3 is a binding protein for ig-1. I'm not sure on teh ranges either, gota ask the doc I guess? But too high or too low is always a problem. Too high will result in a lower free igf in blood.

Don't worry about the TSH. It's just a pituitary hormone, only does signaling, no effects on fat or muscle whatsoever. It's the t3/t4 that does the fat loss.

the range for igf1 is 250-700 for your age group dont know the other one my igf1 was 470 on one test and 303 on the other so yours is low I was on adex for the second test. it should rise with the gh over time though.
for old people the igf1 range is 100-450
