your relying on supplements too much, need more solid foods. Protein intake is too low. Your calorie intake is WAY too low for a bulk. Where are you carbs? and your unsat fats? You need to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch, visit the diet forum.

add 2 more protein shakes, another dozen egg whites and 4 bowls of oatmeal with each.

I think alot of people would be suprised if they knew how alot of pro bbers bulk up. Guys like lee priest dont hesistate the least bit to get down and dirty with kfc, mcdonalds, and krispy kreme type places. Ive heard of some of these pros eating up to a dozen donuts a day while bulking. I think alot of guys that try to bulk with juice eat too clean, and then wonder why the only put on a certain amount of weight. I for one have out that while training extremely hard and on juice, i can bulk while eating dirty without totally losing my six pack. It goes straight to my muscles and not so much fat gain. This is where i get my best mass gains. Then again, some people just got real good metabolism.

add two more protein shakes? He already gets 75% of his protein from supps.. that is too much to digest.

meal 1 looks ok, maybe some flax oil for unsat fat.
meal 2 is ok, I'd sub for a meal replacement shake like myo mass or cytogainer(something w/carbs remember your BUlking)
meal 3 not too bad, maybe brown rice or yams instead of potatoes. unsat fat
meal 4 maybe another meal replacement or another small meal 500-700 calories.
meal 5 Preworkout maybe carb drink on the way to gym and while workingout
meal 6 post workout protein shake 100 carbs 50grams protein if possible.
meal 7 no carbs or unsat fat.
meal 8 shake before bed with flax oil or peanut butter.
gotta get more calories if you wanna grow. You did say "bulk" right?

Not enough complex carbs. I'd drop the protein shakes to 1 or 2 (post workout and immediately prior to bed) and switch to food-based protein sources. You're only eating 3 meals a day - the rest is supplements. Supplements are a fifth gear, food should be the vast majority of the equation.
It's not really a mass diet - need more red meat and no need to stick so strictly to lean protein sources.
Get some beef in there!
