    Quick Superdrol question

    I'm taking SD, i'm on day 10 right now, first week was 10mg, bumped it up to 20mg on Mon. I'm taking all 20mg in the morning, should I be spreading it out, like one in the morning and one at night? or is taking them both in the morning alright?
