    help with new injection site

    after my scare the other day going all numb after my delt injection, i was wondering if i could get some pointers on legs, went to the injection info on the home page but its not specific enough.

    Im injecting 4x per week so want to do each leg and each delt once a week,
    how do you guys do it for legs and what gauge pin and length??

    25 guage 1 inch

    hold the pin on a 45 degree angle or go to spotinjections.com

    use all your body parts so not one area takes the bulk..Me I use my glutes, delts, traps, thighs and triceps
