How long has it been since you have taken time like that off???

I like to take about 4-5 days off every 3 months or so. Or even when my body tells me too. It wont kill you.

The best thing u can do is stay w/ ur cardio like mentioned & do push ups & pull ups, as many reps as u can until failure for about 5-7 sets. also close hand tricep push-ups, tricep reverse dips w/ a chair behind u. squats w/ ur hands behind ur head w/ a weight plate. basically do any home workout until failure. u have to make the best for that week.

that's what I would do but if you think you might need a break it wouldn't hurt you either.

a break would do you good if you haven't had one in a while. i take some time off every once in a while....i normally don't do it on cycle though.

Personally, I wouldnt do any sort of weight lifting or excersise, just take that time to rest and grow, I took 2 weeks of this past summer that was the best thing I ever did, I came back to the gym stronger than ever.

I'm in the same situation, have to go home for a week and i just started a cycle.. i just researched gyms close to my house, you can get day passes for like 5 bucks.. i think thats what im going to do. Otherwise like they mentioned above there are a good amount of excercises you can do domestically. Perhaps even your community has a rec center like mine with a small assortment of weights.
