    just a quick question how do u know if you have gyno in ur chest

    Nipple soreness or itchy feeling. Usually starts as little bumps underneath the nipples. If you think you can feel it coming on, start some Nolva or something similar. Keeping it under control right away is the key to it. If you let it get too bad, there isn't much you can do for it except surgery.
