    cutting cycle clarification

    guys,

despite reading i remain confused on cutting cycles.
obviously cutting means loosing bf but on some on the cycles i see here test/winni/ tren / it would they talk about continuing togain muscle.

whaty would be the best cutting cycle for gaining muscle and cutting up. ( assuming diet.cardio etc all good)

    thanx

You can use AAS for gaining muscle and as you stated Diet and proper training to "cut up."
