depends on your cycle history. 50 is ok, 75 ED would be a better start, 100 would be great

For increased Energy, Libido, and feeling of well-being--50mgs ED will be fine.

Turinavar should be ran :

50mgs Anavar / 50 mgs Turinabol . This is the Original ration I used in my formula, and it is the same ratio that certain UGL's now use.

I would not run the Turinabol higher than 60, no higher than 80 on the Var.
