    Usually people say you take it until you cant handle the sides then back off by one and run that.

    Me personally i never did find any sides or effects so i stopped at 10 pills but that is just me.

    are you feeling anything at all?

    you will get tremors in your hands and cramping in your muscle. Back off at that point.

    When I use it bro I normaaly start off with 3 tabs/day of .02mcg and increase dose by 1 tab/day until as bro's mentioned above you notice sides such as hands shaking or maybe headaches, then back off 1 tab and that will be your max daily dosage, that is just what works for me bro.
