    4th week cycle question...

    im on my fourth week on my 10 week sust 250 @ 500mg cycle, but this weekend happens to be my b-day, and ppl are cuming over like crazy and im eating really fat foods, eating late, and not watching my diet, if i continue to do this for a week will this ruin my cycle, i dont wanna get fat, just wanna stay lean and get some good quality muscle, im 6'2" 209lbs with 18%bf right now, any ideas , will i be ok to splurge this weekend?? oh yes, and also i wont be able to work out for about 4 days in a row!! any thoughts>?

    As long as you are not expecting to rip up then no I don't think it will have a large effect. Life happens and one weekend is not going to make or break your cycle or your workouts enjoy your B-day and your friends they are even more important then your cycle.

    Happy B-Day. To answer your question, I went to Europe for a week and ate like TOTAL SHIT, I mean like binging on Chocolate, cheescake, crapes, you name it I ate it. I weighed the EXACT same thing the day I came home as the day I left. Took the week off from training as well, this week has been my strongest so far after comming back.
