    last cycle I did I got side tracked for a few days and stressed to hell and actually lost a few pounds... keep your head above the water, consintraite on your training, eat, and time will pass

    Stress triggers an increase in cortisol secretion and that and good for bb'ers no matter how you slice it. Cortisol eats muscle up.

    the biggest problems with stress is the mental aspect of it , namely, diet and training. you simply dont feel like eating when you are stressed, let alone training. keep your calories up and get to the gym bro, it will pass, it always does. stay big...
