both will work... if one was less effective than the other at preventing tissue growth, it wouldnt be used as breast cancer treatment, its not something to **** around with, for us its fat tissue, for women its ****ing cancer.

Always try to work with tamoxifen or arimidex first, if for some reason it doesnt work, you can try stronger things like letrozole .

try and see for yourself, myself and a few other guys managed to reverse gyno with just nolva.. but you have to stop the cycle for it to work well. Letro seems to do a better job if you must keep injecting steroids .
Nolvadex at 10mg ED seems to prevent gyno in heavy steroid users that i know, im talking 2-3g of test+ per week

Is it existing gyno? are your test levels back to average? Or are you just getting estrogen related sides while on your cycle? WHat did your cycle consist of?

As far as nova on a cycle, use it if you start to get sensitive nipps. It might hinder your gains, but what is the point of having all those muscle if you have a nice set of tits?
