sleep aids
This insomnia is really screwing with me here. Especially now that im in the middle of exam time and heavy training sessions. What sleep aid do u bros recomend? Im going to talk to my doc this week but i want to see what others are using first. thanks

Sorry to hear about your sleep problem. Try 3 mg of Melatonin about half hour before bed. You can adjust the dosage accordingly.

i am a total night person
i have tried mela, ambien, biofeedback, meditation, etc.nothing puts me out but a few hits from my bowl piece.honest to god.i'm nto proud of the fact that i have to do it to sleep.in all honest i feel like a loser, but it is the only thing that works for me.even 3x the recommended dose of prescription meds didn't work.

valerian root ,melatonin work pretty good ,hope u dont have to resault to good ol G

I'm with you on that PB, couple hits of hydro and I sleep like a baby on superior lumpy bed.

I use velarian root 200-300mg a night... and it works like a charm for me... and it gives me nice vivid dreams....

i too had the problem of being a total night owl and having to be up early in the am...what i started to use about a month ago is a product called liquid relaxation. the stuff is supposed to be a ghb alternative. i was super skeptical at first and thought it was just the placebo affect that was putting me to sleep every night. now i am totally convinced the stuff works. pm me and ill hit you with the details.

I had the same problem so I went to a sleep disorders clinic at the local university hospital. They found that I had something called "restless leg syndrome". Wierd. What happens is that your leg twitches so often you never get to deep REM sleep.
They gave me some mild medication that I take every night. Now I sleep like a baby.
