Hi bros,hope all the crew are fine!

I'm planning to make a moderate dosage of Insulin in my new susta cycle mates.I'm planning to take mixtard every morning but I dont know how ?and how long ?do I have to use it without facing a trouble with taking good gains.
what would be an appropriate dosage while taking mixtard?I would be pleased for any unique helpful information.

bros mixtard as far as I know 's a long acting insulin compund.I'm planning to run it w'th my test. cycle for about 2 weeks 10 iu I guess.How is it according to your point of view?
I haven't used it before so that would be my first insulin intake.

bro i'm a diabetic and never heard or a mixtard. And i would not start at 10iu. Insulin can be very dangerous i would learn alot more about what your doing.

Start with a lower dose, maybe 2-3IU for your first shot and work up to 10IU by increments of 1-2IU. Some people have bad reactions to it, and the less you have in you if there is a problem, the better. Insulin is serious stuff, so be cautious, especially on your first cycle with it.

I would recommend Humalog, fastest acting, or Humalin-R, next fastest. It's better to have the insulin out of your system faster, so you don't have to worry about keeping up with the insulin spikes.
