what are your guys opinions on spot injecting the muscle group that you are working out that day? for example, injecting quads the day you hit your legs in the gym...i know people say they get great pumps from bicep spots the same day, but just wanted some opinions on other muscle groups like delts/traps/etc. any of you inject the day before or 2 days before?

I personally do not shoot into the muscle i am going to work normally.
I tend to get a little soreness from injections early in the cycle so i just got into the habit of injecting quads or calves on upper body days.
