I'm 6'3 and 155 lbs so really skinny. but I need to gain some weight bad so I've been thinking about getting some steroids to bulk up but I don't know like anything about steroids so I want to know if I should get something to help or just try naturally but I have been trying naturally for a year and only gained 20 lbs I only want to be around 180-190 right now cause I play baseball and I don't wanna be too big but I have been and my coach wants me to gain at least 25 lbs this summer and I don't really want to inject myself but i might though. if you guys could just help me out with the best options possible to gain muscle and size that would be great. and I have some acne would this make it increase or decrease. thanks a lot

What is your TDEE? How many calories per day beyond your TDEE are you consuming?
It's your nutrition that's keeping you from gaining not a lack of steroids .

Cheers Skinny,
I crunched some numbers for you. We can run with the 6% Body Fat for now, but seems unlikely (how did you come up with this?). So based on your stats, your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) = 2885 calories. To gain, you need to be probably eat 300 calories above that, MINIMUM! Additionally, to maintain muscle, you need a minimum 219 grams of protein a day. But you want to gain muscle, no? which means you would need at least 300 grams of protein each day. As you embrace your nutrition plan, try to do this cleanly. This means whole foods, only drink water, maybe some milk for you since probably a hard gainer. No processed foods. Plenty of veggies. No soda, candy, cigarettes, or booze.
When you get to 50 posts, you can pm me and I will send you my macro calculator which will assist you in your nutritional efforts.
Remember, strength comes from the gym, but growth comes from the kitchen.
Good luck!

Thanks mate,
but Skinny, the thing I forgot to mention, is that as you gain weight, you will need to increase your caloric/protein intake as well, else your body will simply find equilibrium and stop gaining. This macro calculator will allow you to recalculate your nutritional plan as your stats begin to change.
