    Pct

    Hello,

    Im 36, 225, 6 feet tall, i have done 3 test win cycles, last cycle was test tren and win, and the one im finishing now is the following

    WEEK 1 TO WEEK 10: TEST ENATHATE
    WEEK 1 TO WEEK 10: TREN ACETATE
    WEEK 10 TO WEEK 12: TEST PROPIONATE (BCOZ I HAD NO MORE ENATHATE)
    WEEK 1 TO WEEK 12: .25 adex 3 times a week
    WEEK 8 TO WEEK 12: 250mg pregnyl 3 times a week

    IM AT WEEK 10 1/2 NOW.

    I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS

    A) BECAUSE I HAVE CHANGED FROM ENATHATE TO PROPIONATE IM A LITTLE CONFUSED ON WHEN TO START CLOMID

    B) SHOULD I KEEP PREGNYL THE SAME TILL THE END OR CAN I RAISE IT UP A BIT ? I FEEL MY SACKS ARE NEVER REAALY FEELING UP

    CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ORGANIZE MY PCT

    You should start your clomid AND Nolva 3 days after your last pin of prop.

    Should have ran HCG throughout cycle not just the last 4 weeks. Keep as is for now and do your last pin the same day as your last prop pin.

    Next time around use hcg @ 250 ius twice a week for the whole cycle right up until 3 days prior to pct. I personally still notice some shrinkage but nothing like when I didn't use it......by using it on cycle it will aid in your recovery which is what will determine what you keep to a degree as well as genetics.

    Thanks for the answers

    if i was to start anavar now for 45 days at 50 lg/day (thats 2 week before end of cycle), do i still start pct 3 days after last prop shot or do i need to finish anavar first ?

    You could run the var up til the day before pct so that means you could run it two days after your last prop shot or you could just stop it on your last pin.

    sorry i meant i wanted to start VAR now ... and keep it going for 45 days ... test prop finishes in 1 week

    No, save it for next time. You shouldn't run it without a test base and you shouldn't run it through pct.

    X2 ^^. If you do run it it COULD/WILL hinder your recovery so the best thing to do is just finish your cycle you planned

    Thanks for the advise

    one more question please

    i crossfit, never had problems during my cycle, but after 2nd prop shot, i started having insane lower back tightening. My squat, front squat and deadlift technique is close to perfect

    anything related to anabolic steroids ?

    It's related to AAS and will subside once you stop. I typically notice it with orals. Usually I do touch your toes stretches to help deal with the discomfort.
