Need help !!!!!!!
22years old, this will be my 2nd real cycle.
I have hypoganodism. Been on trt since middle school. Doctor prescribes me androgel . I'm currently 5.9ft and 185lbs would like to bulk and gain more muscle. Below is what I have planned out. Any negative or positive input will be appreciated..... Or should I cut and drop some pounds first? I also have test cyp on hand
12 week Bulking cycle
Week 1-8
Sustanon250 2x per week
Equipoise 400mg per week
Arimidex .25 eod
(Week 8-12)
Liquidex .50mg ED
Training-
Lifting 5x per week
Cardio 5x per week
Diet- 500 calories 350pro 500 carbs 100 fats

you need to run HCG on cycle if you wanna maintain the size of the testes and pin it twice a week 250iu you should be running liquidex throughout the whole cycle and extend the sust to at least 11 weeks or else it's not really that long enough to be worth it... EQ should usually be run at LEAST 14 weeks to notice anything and at a higher dose than 400mg per week in that case i would drop it and use another compound if you can.. What is your BF %? Any pics? If you're over 16% bf i wouldn't suggest cycling again anyway as the risks outweigh the rewards imo

So an estimated way to finding your TDEE quickly(180 X 15 - this works for me but you may need to tweak it but if your bulking not really necessary) = roughly 2700c now try putting them into %'s of each(C/F/P)

How is it a 12 week bulking cycle when you're only on for 8 weeks?
