Keep on or stop cycle? Help please.

Ok so i have been dealing with shoulder issues for almost 3 years (left shoulder) begging it wasnt bad , last 2 years has gotten worst, have seen 2 different orthos and done therapy twice once last year and once this year both for 3 months. Rested for 3 months while icing and taking nsaids , but nothing helped docs kept sayn it was tendities/ bursitis / impigment due to weak back muscles and stronger pecs muscles, well past year i have been doing back2x week and doing only few pec exercises once a week. And doing rehab and postural/ lower trap exercises to try and fix but still no problem, so i decided to try a cycle with deca . Did 2 test only in the past before injury. Well im on week 9 of 500mg test e week and 400mg deca a week. For 14 weeks (only 12 weeks of deca) my shoulder has been feeling 80% better while on cycle, but i still went to a new doc that is known to be really good today and he looked at my new xray and did some tests and me and looked at my old mri from 2 years ago that the old docs said there wasnt anything. Well this new doc saw something weird witch hes not 100% but almost sure it might be a partial or even full lebral tear. Im getting an mri with artogram done next week to make 100% sure then maybe if yes im getting a artroscopic surgery to repair. Anyways so should i stay on and keep pushing on what i can , specialy that i got terrible calves that i really wana bring up , and those i can lift even after surgery, so i can use this last month of cycles to rlly kill my calves and legs and back to help with muscle imbalance? Or should i stop now and start pct in 2 weeks?

Now for people who has done something similar, how long after surgery were u back at lifting 100% and how soon could i start a cycle to help heal faster and try regain what i had faster , of like test andd deca? Wish i could get hgh but rlly hard almost imposible as anyone knows to get ur hands on it.

Labral tears are worse than RC tears - I have torn mine in hlf and 3 others places -

I would say find the best doc you can and if surgery can wait - wait! PT is your best bet - I've lost over 85% of my connective tissue(I'm waiting for stem cell hopefully) - but my ROM sux I have to do variations of lifts etc - try doing straight arm pull downs - as this pulls my R scapula which is winged back in to place - well I try to - it's the worst injury you can have structurally in your shoulder... Feel free to pm me or ask anything you'd like - there are many members suffering from this on this board(more than I would've thought...

hmm i see what your sayn and thanks for the advice but my problem is i have done therapy twice 2 months first time and 3 months second time all in 2 years. With zero relief i had a very popular pt from my area that really specialises in athletes, he was rlly smart and i did 1hr something more of pt in 1 day 2x week. Sometimes 3 times a week. But nothing, i got 2 cortoisones shots in course of 2 years with zero reliefe also. And had art done, chiro and nothing. Cant live with this pain anymore , cant raise my arm up or side or any higher then my head. Cant reach forward. Sucks surgery is my best bet. And i finally found a rlly good doc from sports ortho clininc to seams to be rlly good and know what hes talking about and doing. So i think thats it i gota get the surgery. He said from looks of tests and my old mri it dsnt seem like the tear is too bad, mri with artogram next week will be the judge.

I see it's definitely structural(I have chronic bersitus as well on top of tendinopoly and bone spurs etc) - just know your ROM may never be the same... Mine is horrible... Just do whatever you can to get it back - and finding the right dr is key... W/the shoulder it's all about alignment... If it's a mm off it'll be noticed - that's the sh!tty part -

It may be your only/best bet - but b4 you do this - think about these things - do I have the best dr - and do research on him talk to his patients etc - find the best pt around - if you have to travel so be it - it's very important... Are you willing to go forth not knowing how your body/shoulder will respond to this surgery - good/or bad - it maybe the best move you could make also could come out bad/or in more pain I did -

Also, I've read a members experience w/just getting Labral surgery and ran TB500 on top and is back in the gym I be
I've 3-4months after if not sooner I believe(so it defo helped heal faster) - & that's amazing time
