Hiiiiiii.. I wanted to offer my second cycle. how does it look?

1 week: Testoviron 250 mg+ deca 150 mg
2 week :Testoviron 250 mg+ deca 150 mg
3 week : Testoviron 250 mg+deca 200 mg
4 week: Testoviron 250 mg+ deca 200 mg
5 week :Testoviron 250 mg+ deca 150 mg + 20 mg/die di Nolvadex + 50mg/die Proviron
6 week : Testoviron 250 mg+deca 150 mg+ 20 mg/die di Nolvadex +50mg/die Proviron.

two weeks after the last injection: 2 weeks with 30-40 mg /die nolvadex
I did not put hcg because this cycle did not seem too suppressive

It looks like a waste.

250mg is very low on testosterone . Deca 150/200 will do nothing specially in such a short time.

How about you start by telling us your stats and age?

i am new to steroids and in my opinion your cycle looks like sh!t, way to short and low dose
maybe try it like this
500mg test 14 weeks
400mg deca 12 weeks
PCT clomid and nolvadex

And With your length and dosage the sides would be minimal. Maybe you even dont have to take a DA and AI. Maybe the best Choice would be to have those two on hands, do at BW at week 3,5 and check e2 and prolactin.

Its always best to keep it as low as possible for max gains. And some of us are very sensitive. We can grow on min dosages. But some of us needs higher dosages to grow. Start low. Doing 500 mg test and 400 mg deca for second cycle is a waste.

Think you are bit on the young side to be using. Do you know you have higher chances of getting hormonal problems for life?

Have you taken blood work after 1st cycle?

About the cycle you proposed its a waste because its too short. By the time the long esters you are using are in complete concentration in blood you thinking of ending it.

250mgs of testoviron (testosterone enanthate ) has 180mg of real testosterone , with a half life of about 8 days if you make the calculations it will give you a short time at maximum concentration. Deca has one of the slowest esters so it will be even slower to reach maximum serum concentration.
150-200mgs of nandrolone its what im using to help with my elbow injuries, so its only a therapeutical dose.

You say its not a supressive cycle? you are dead wrong, only one shot of deca will shut you down completely. Its one of the most supressive compounds, and harder to come off, of course the long esters doesnt help a bit. Deca can be detected for over 1 year...

If you want to do nandrolone, go for the short ester, NPP (nandrolone phenyl-proprianate), run it at least for 7 weeks at 400-500 mgs per week. You can keep the testosterone low, or you can increase to 500mgs per week. Run the testosterone 1-2 weeks longer than the nandrolone.

You will need AI, HCG and also a DA (dopamine agonist) like cabergoline to control prolactin.

PCT should be nolvadex and clomid.

This shit can't be real a 6 week cycle with 2 compounds and not even going over 500mg?!ok 250 mg of test won't even double your natty levels and deca will take a good few weeks to work...as for your first cycle OMG!!dude you need to read the stickies and see where your going wrong!

I bet you did not recover from your 1st cycle...

Really advise you to take blood work and check your testosterone , free testosterone, LH and FSH. Starting a new cycle without recovering your natural testosterone levels will make recovery even harder. You can very easily end up with low testosterone for life, and at age 23 its really a life changing event.

But as some of the vets have mentioned above, drop the gear for now, get diet and training in order and read around alot!
