    First Cycle Advise

I'm wanting to start my first cycle and I was wondering if anyone could help advise me.

I'm 17 (nearly 18), I understand I'm quite young still and I'm aware of some of the risks. I'm already taller then I would like so I don't really mind if this stops me from been able to grow further.

Ive done my own research but I'm finding a lot of the info I find to be quite confusing and complicated, especially as I'm unaware of all the terminology etc used.

I know I'm too young but I'll be doing a cycle regardless. I don't plan on doing another cycle afterwards. I've been going to the gym for over 2 years and I've seen little improvement. I have a personal trainer so it isn't to do with my technique and I know my diet is right. All I'm wanting to do is 1 cycle to give me a little kick start. I'm tired of been this skinny still after working hard at the gym every day for 2 years. My body type makes things impossible!

    Here's my stats:
    Height : 6"4
    Weight : around 140lbs
Not sure on my body fat, I'm assuming I have very little.

If you need any more info then just ask. I'm wanting advice on what I should take for my first cycle. I'm looking at injectables, I understand these minimise the risks, especially at my age over oral steroids .

Any help would be great. Cheers.

you should read the thread about the young and steroids it is highly advised that you don't cycle before age 25 because your hormones are still developing and steroids will mess up that delicate balance

At 6-4 140 you have to learn to EAT! Plus you've got plenty of testosterone running thru your veins - height hasn't a thing to do with cycling at a young age! Your brain is still developing - your endocrine system is part of your brain and is still developing way past the age if 21 - therefore, why it's important to learn how to train and how to eat to grow! Nutrition and your training is by far the most important aspects to this lifestyle -

Post up what you eat in a day(diet section) and how you train in the training section - we will get that sorted as AAS is just another supplement to your already on point diet/training regimens - if I was you I'd kill to go back to your age w/the right training and diet at your age - a lit of water time and running around in circles of gaining and losing b/c you don't eat big enough or train hard enough - GL stick around - learn and put this on the ole back burner for a while - but all you need is right at your fingertips

^^^Take the advice from the others above. No one here is going to advocate you using steroids at your age and stats, and for good reason. Unless you have a medical condition, every single person who thinks they're eating enough and still can't gain weight...isn't eating enough! Why don't you post up your current diet so we can critique and advise to allow you to put on some quality muscle naturally. Honestly, OP, you're too young and too skinny. The good news is all that can be changed with time and hard work, and it can be done completely naturally.

Thanks for all your replies. I read the thread before posting but I'm still pretty set on going along with it. I'm going on holiday summer next year and id love to have at least a bit of muscle by then. It's not something I'm wanting to do regularly, only one cycle to give me a start.

My daily diet usually goes something like this

Breakfast : 6 egg scrambled eggs with 5 pieces of toast & protein shake.

Lunch : 2 chicken breasts with rice and sweet
    potato

Pre workout : pasta with tuna

    Post workout : protein shake

Dinner : either a pasta dish or steak/chicken with something.

In between these I try my best to snack every 2 hours on usually goji berries or protein bars. In my mind I'm eating enough. Should I be trying to eat more? I'm a student and I'm struggling to afford my diet as it is without anything else!

With this outlook, you really have no business in the world of AAS. These compounds are not just supplements you can go pick up at GNC. They are hormones that can really screw you up. Even if you feel fine months after your first cycle, there very well may be long term damage that hasn't even manifested yet, and you won't know about it until years/decades down the road. Using anabolics takes full commitment. It's not just something you do so you can look good for the summer/vacation.

Without knowing the macros/total calories it's hard to say whether or not you're eating enough. Repost your diet with macros next to each meal. Do you know how many total calories you're eating? I like the food choices, but we really need to know HOW MUCH.

In between these I try my best to snack every 2 hours on usually goji berries or protein bars. In my mind I'm eating enough. Should I be trying to eat more? I'm a student and I'm struggling to afford my diet as it is without anything else!

If you can't afford to eat enough, then you shouldn't even be thinking about buying AAS. Food is more important than gear.
Responses in bold above. And, honestly, even if you changed your diet to where you were gaining at a steady rate, you are still too young to pursue this path. We wouldn't be telling you this if we didn't care about your health. Unfortunately, if you still decide to go down this path, I'm afraid you will do it without me...and most of the other members here. I hope you reconsider this decision, but if you don't, please do your own research...which will undoubtedly lead you to discover what all of us have been saying here. Good luck, lewis.

Theres a lot of guys on here who have done the same as you, cycled at a young age and now have to inject every week for the rest of their lives just to have normal functioning down stairs etc.

Do you want that just to look a little bit temporary bigger for your summer holiday?

I dont think when your 40 and on HRT and cialis constantly your going to think that was a wise decision.

Also as said above you seem to be eating the right stuff but you need to weigh stuff, add up your calories and macros to get the bigger picture.
You need to eat MORE when on steroids as well so if your struggling with cash now, your going to struggle even more.

You have been advised on which route to take, good luck on your decision

I'm not sure on the amount of calories. I use to calorie count a while back but kept forgetting to add everything on so I stopped.

I still really want to go down this path but I think I'm going to hold on and do some more research first. Summers a long time away so at least I can inform myself as best as possible before making a definite decision further down the line.

Do you have links to any resources about it all that I could take a look at? I've done some research already but a lot of it honestly I don't really understand. Do you know if there's any dumbed down versions out there which my little brain would be able to understand? Aha. Cheers again.

Do you know the stats on things like this? I'm only really wanting to do one cycle. The people you talk about, if there still on here then I assume they've been using steroids for years? Would one cycle be enough to create such a permanent side effect and if so what's the likeliness of it happening? Is it a pretty common thing or is it just some people are unlucky and that's what happens with some people?

Im sure someone thats on TRT/HRT for life for making a similair decision to what your wanting to do will sumarise what potential lethalness a naive decision like this can cause.

    Just hang fire.

Plus if you cycle now or train natural hard and improve your diet i bet theres hardly no difference to your holiday body, it really isnt worth the danger you could face further down the line.

    I couldnt give statistics no

But one injection nevermind one cycle can cause REAL BAD problems.

We dont give advice on here to hinder people, we all want great bodies, we all want to help one another achieve that, but in the Safest manner. Safety is the main priority

lol is that all? your whole diet for one day is a snack.

    Try
6 eggs mince meat with mash potatoes

2 cans of tuna with cheese and salad

2 grilled chicken breast 2 cups of vegetables with gravy

2 cans of tuna with salad and olives

5 scoops of yoghourt with 2 scoops protein

    hand full or mixed nuts

2 scoops of whey with milk

workout with 2 eggs during workout

2 scoops of whey protein with milk

cottage cheese with chicken thigh n mushrooms

    And im on a diet.

Inject your mouth with food before injecting your body

if you got no money don't cycle!!! its like owning a car without having money to put fuel in to drive anywhere..... its useless!!!!
Food is your fuel on a cycle so give up.
Your still young man let your hair finish growing down stairs first. In the mean time save your pocket money from Mummy and Daddy and buy some creatine and weight gainers. If the tooth fairy comes along and you have enough buy something like a pre-workout

Here2grow ... My gf eats 4 times the carbs you have there and she's a bikini competitor. Where's your carbs at bro? You got potatoes in the am and milk in the afternoon. How about adding some rice oats and yams to that diet!

hahaha I'm on a diet. I'm not training as hard now because of my shoulder pain.
But on days I do train I add extra carbs. I just add oats throughout the day. I like to mix my quick oats with my protein shakes and with my yoghurt protein mix. And I make protein oat balls for snacks.

Everything gets boring over time so I mix my diet around, Its not like I stick to that diet above ED.

But ED I try to aim for 300grams a day of protein 200grams from food and 100g from shakes. Its working well.

My point was.. I'm on a diet and with the diet above I'm losing weight and this guy expects to grow eating nothing.

Sorry OP but save up and wait till your a bit older.
