Cialis and prostate

Simply question: Should Cialis be taken just on cycle or off cycle too, as a general healthy rule for our prostate longevity ?

If the latter, are there risks/side effects to its long-life time intake ?

Havent researced this alot, but i use it now and will continue through my cycle and afterwards until i have to get up just once a nigth. I guess going to the toilet 4-5 times each nigth is more unhealthy than almost anything.

It seems that prostate issues are reversible after cycle with right meds ( cialis in this case ).

If you already have BPH I think they want you to take daily dosages of 5mg every day.
I only use mine recreational so I only take it as needed.
