Early test e cycle finish

Hey guys, I'm 19 years old and I had my first 500mg injection of test e one week ago and because of unexpected events I no longer want to continue any more injections at this stage. I'm just wondering if any PCT is necessary and if so what is best as well as any other safety precautions just to ensure that my body is back to normal. I also want to get a blood test but im not sure when would be the best time to get it eg. now or in approximately 4 weeks time?

Just basically playing it safe and want to know what my best options are, thanks
