An AI will help you a lot with water retention / bloat.
Eating a cleaner diet and drinking more water will help some too.

If I'm not mistaken Al is Aldosterone which is produce from the adrenal gland which it help to absorb the water and sodium and also can raise the potassium and therefore and the bloodpressure

AI is an aromatize inhibitor.
It reduces the amount of testosterone that gets converted into estrogen.
Arimidex and aromasin are two of the better choices.
