    Thoughts on cutting

I have read my fair share of threads on this subject and have talked with others guys on it also.GUYS if you want too cut you have got to have something there too cut MASS! This really amazes me when a guy says he wants to cut and he gives me his stats.I mean WOW a 20mph wind and this guy is get blown around him and his 15" arms. Now tell me wats so hot about a skelatin with veins? Nothing guys you got all winter too bulk then spring cut.Personlly I would rather walk on the beach all bulked up than a bag of bones looking like I am starving. And it's nothing more than being lazy beacuse they usually say I don't want to get bigger.REALLY! no bigger than a HS kid.So I guess wat I am saying is if you want too look good on the beach leave the bones in the closet for Halloween!

Gawd that was me in Highschool, I grew like 6 inches from my junior to senior year. I eventually filled out, but I could never go back to being under 200 lbs again.

What's your thoughts on people with little muscle mass but a high body fat. Let's call them skinny fat. Do they put on muscle and increase their body fat even further or cut the fat and get the skelliton look and bulk from there. Neither sound all that great.

When you are over weight you need to lose the fat.I am talking about these guys who are 6ft 150lbs and want to run a winny cycle.I was never into the broomstick look.

I don't know how people can look at a thin guy small arms under 16" no real mass to speak of but beacuse he has a lot of vasclurary they think he is big I must be missing something. No disrespect intended.

I started at 96kg fat with some muscle. I'm just going had trying to cut the fat. Sitting around 79kg. Once the fat is off it will never return to that level again do if I have to sacrifice a little muscle so be it. After this cut, my bodybuilding journey can then begin

It's the instagram generation, abs rule when you are a teenager.

Girls generally don't like the bodybuilder look he'll, most don't really like the physiques look to long term relationships, makes them feel insecure (so I am told) but it's good for a quick fling. And quick summer flings are a good thing I seem to recall.

I would have to agree with B in B. If I could snap my fingers and have any build it would the build of a gymnast that does the rings. Muscular and ripped, but not huge. I feel pretty close to that now just struggle to maintain under 14% Bodyfat. I am amazed at the number of very hot women I see with fat dudes.

I never lifted to impress the ladies and I think that would make for a very shallow person.I lifted beacuse I wanted to get big and yes I met women who didn't like big guys but I also met some who did.People who lift too impress others usually don't stay in the game long beacuse their heart isn't in it.Like the guy who finally finds a woman he wants too marry.Well he gets lazy gets fat and gets a divorce.Wats the 1st thing he does? Starts hitting the gym too get his game back.

It's this generation. Men want to look like women, and women have given up on their appearances. If women would act like women, and not these victims they want to be portrayed as, we'd see more women into men that look like men. As far as skinny guys cutting, it makes no sense. I remember a mentor telling me one time when I was starting out on Tren . He said "drop the tren and run 750mgs of test. Keep bulking. You'll look lean because you're already lean". I never forgot that and I preach it to all. At 5'10" and 185lbs with 12% bodyfat, I had no reason to cut. I just wanted my hard work to show off, but a guy looks better with size vs skin and bones. And abs, every single person has them. I see high-school kids in the gym by the droves this time of year working abs only. "CORE BABY CORE!"
