If you want to get rid of water under your skin then change your diet.
I don't see how you could be holding much water at 12%.
You should have just finished PCT.
It might be a good idea to wait for post cycle blood work before purchasing gear for another cycle.

I agree with numbere diet is what determines water under the skin. More specifically carbs and additives in foods, so if you cut back on carbs and eat clean foods you'll cut back on subq water, you could even use a natural diuretic like dandelion root to help this process.

12% is low it gets a little uncomfortable to maintain too much lower than that. Primo is often faked so whatch out for that.

I would choose var. Can be ran for 6 weeks. It would be the cheapest and most bang for your buck. Primo would be my first choice, but it needs 16-20 weeks at 600mgs or better.

I would also choose winnie over var. i have never used oral winnie, but i imagine that the injectable has the same effect.
Going back to your original question. I do not think that you need to cycle to get your expected results. Your diet can give you everything that you are looking for without shutting down your system.
One last thing.... I do not believe in cycling without a test base.
