Delt pip
Its so bad I cant lift my arms, I pinned in the morning and it was painless until I woke up in the night in pain.
It hurts like hell, even if Im still and not doing any kind of motion, is that normal?
Its my first cycle and I pinned first time in the delts, test prop.
Can I somehow ease the pain? I really dont know how am I going to train today and I really want to. Please help.

Just got to man it out...
Keep an eye on it, if it starts to become inflamed/red go see the doc.
Personally I dont shoot delts.. I go for glutes, quads, calves, lats.. Much easier. (My personal opinion)

Test P is very painful for some users, myself included.
You can try cutting it with some GSO (grape seed oil).

Take a very long hot shower and angle the jets on the sore muscle. Stretch and lift the arm when super hot. The gear crashes in your muscle and creates very painful crystals sometimes especially with prop, melting them down will help and moving them around. Take some Aleeve. You can also mix with sterile and filtered Grape Seed oil with the Test Prop and that will greatly reduce pip. You can get it on ebay. Also take a hot shower post shot.........

On the side note, where do you recommend to pin quads?

Not all Prop PIP are the same. I've pinned Prop that was smooth with no PIP. I've also pinned Prop when I had to limp around for a couple of days. Generally, smaller the muscle the more the PIP. Stick with larger muscles like glutes or quads. It'll still hurt but that's the price of the cycle.

You have my attention.. any vids or links on this site to lat pinning? New spots always get me little nervous. Right now I'm running prop and tren and my prop has just enough pip to make me want to leave my quads alone for a bit.

Stay clear of UGL, stick with pharm grade directly from the pharma and you wont have any pip .

Tried pinning my lat last night, an easy one at first just a 29 gauge 1/2' with 2.5 IU's of HGH frag. It was remarkably easy and virtually painless. Have you done tren there and what size needle?

I’ve shot Test E there that’s it, my friends have shot Tren there with no issues. Regardless the muscle is very durable and seems very dull and reboots almost immediately where a Delt inject u can get soreness for a couple days per say. I shoot with a 26 gauge 5/8th inch
