    Exclamation Severe pip

Injected test E in my left quad 2days ago, aspirated and did everything the way I did lots of times before. Some 5-6hours after the injection my quad got all stiff and sore. By the hour it was getting worst to the point where I could not move or flex my leg from pain. No skin colour changes, no lumps and it also hurts on touch.
Any ideas guys? Could it be a nerv? Should I get some antibiotics or smtn?

Edit: today I feel much better but still quad mobility is very bad and I dont dare to try bending my leg completly

Have you injected there before? My first quad injection crippled me for days, struggled to walk without a limp, same thing each day got a little better. Had a bit of a lump there hurt to touch for a few days. Each one got easier and easier.

It was my first shot aftet a while, been off for more then 4 months. Yea it gets easier by the day but I cant belive that PIP can make me walk like I have broken leg.

Edit: I didnt use left quad before ofter, switched to it so I dont overuse other one.

No redness, major swelling or heat coming from it, grit your teeth and get under the squat rack!

Inject in a different spot or different body part next time.

Antibiotics would have been the worst thing for you to do if you didn't have an infection.

    This is how injections work

    (1) it goes smooth and you move on with your day

    (2) something happens and it doesn't go smooth but no real need for panic. Learning opportunity for next injection.

    (3) Infection or major damage - get to the hospital and let the doctor assess

This was the smoothest injection I ever did, didnt even feel the needle going in. Thanks for your advice, will not do antibiotics unless I see some redness/ skin colour changes.

Edit: I did go to doctors, told them what I did and everything and they are like just go and rest it will go away and yet its day 3 I am still walking like donald duck.

Again I had a smooth injection as well new muscle can just seem to reject it before it absorbs until it gets used to the juice.

I switched vials to eliminate the possibility of a bad vial, it didn't matter - same vial went smooth as butter in other spots

Once I had so bad pip, I couldn't walk normally for a week. A light training of the legs helped me eg. high rep leg extensions, leg presses. Leg press was the best, because it can stretch the muscle.

Probably garbage gear. See what happens in a different spot like glutes or delts. If still severe then find different source

No, its pharma grade gear. Pain is slowly going away but next shot is gonna be in some other muscle.

The magic trick (for me anyway) is to do everything slow.

I push the needle in slow
I inject slow (like 30+ seconds per cc)
I leave the needle in for 30 seconds after injecting
I pull the needle out slow
and I wipe the whole area off with another alcohol swab after I pull the needle out.

My first injections in both quads did the same thing. The more I worked them out the better they felt though. I asked around and researched after mine and came to the conclusion that it’s just virgin muscle and as one person told me “if you ain’t limpin, you ain’t pimpin”. That still makes me laugh!

    Severe pip - well, then

1st of its kind in my left delt, felt like I went straight into a vein or some shit - straight felt like my shoulder was on fire then I went into a intense coughing spell

This is after at least a thousand shots - 1st of its kind
