Average Arm Size of Members?

I am just curious as are many others I am sure. Everybody loves building big arms. Anyone interested or is it just me? Mine are 17 1/2" cold. I start my cycle tomorrow and I am PRAYING for 19+ in a couple months.

You are probly right. But this thread gets the most attention and I honestly think were all interested. If it is an issue with people I can delete it and move it to the other area. I just thought this would be the area where we would get the most accurate results. I have been using this site for a while and have not yet used the lounge. So please bear with me, hell humor me and post a vote.

Mine are 16 1/8 hanging cold. I quit measuring my arms flexed. Nobody sees them flexed. You dont walk around making a bicep pose. You walk around with your arms hanging by your side.

Touch under 16 inches cold. My tri's also make up a lot of it... my bi's are hard for me to develop, although they have good definition. Genetics are a bitch... my chest is damn near 48 around. Talk about un proportional. I guess thats what you get for 6 years as a lineman. peace

My arms used to be huge, until I started working out <laugh>. Now they are lean and cut - not much water or fat at all.

I see a lot of guys who have very big arms, but they have little definition - thus the size is not all lean muscle.

I'm sure this doesn't apply to most of you here. But, how many see this all the time - big arms but not lean muscle?

I was happy to work my arms down in size. Oh, I can get them real big by eating a bunch of shit-food and working out. To each their own. I'll stick with mine for now - they're not 20s, but they work real good...

By the way, I see some guys with huge abs at the all you can eat places too <grin>.

18" with no definition what so ever. When I get to 19" it is time to define the mass a little bit. Get big, then defined is my ignorant idea, but it takes time to build mass. Just because I am shaped like a damn ape...37.5" from the neck to the fingertop.
