Big Kev I've seen your pics very impressive. My question is during your bulking stage how lean do you stay? You look pretty lean in the pictures. I have been told that a minimum of 12%bf is needed for optimal gains, trying not to go too much past 15% as the added fat is just harder to lose. If you could give your opinion on this it may prove helpful. I know every person has to adjust things to tailor whats best for them, just looking for your input.
