I Am Just Starting My First Cycle Of Clen , And I Noticed That The Taste Of "spiropent" Is Almost Sweet And Chalk Like. My Question Is, Should I Chew Them Up, Let Them Sit In My Mouth, Or Swallow Them Like Asprin???

Swallow it like aspirin...........thats what i do..........

It doesn't really matter... you can swallow them whole or chew them up but i wouldn't let them sit in your mouth...all the chewing does is speed up the absorbtion rate once it goes into the body, but unless you need it in your system "right this second" it really doesn't make a difference what you do.
