    Ha! benched 400! on to 500???

    Hey guys, I didn't know where to put this. I just put up 405 for 3 solid reps, 2 sets in a row! I am ****in thrilled! First time I EVER broke 400, and I blasted right through it! I honestly would not have gotten here without the advice of many bros on this board.

    The best part of this is, I just started my cycle (1 week in)!

    ****... 400 had always been my goal... just to do it once in my life. I just can't get over that I am putting this up now, only one week into cycle. I need to set new goals.... 500 is a long ways off, but....

    Any of you bros put up 500? If so, what are your stats?

    My current stats:
    5' 10"
    205 lbs
    9% bf

    Current Cycle:

    Currently running GH at 6iu ED
    Nolva on hand
    HCG on hand

    1-4 Winny 50mg ED
    1-12 Test Prop - 75mg ED
    1-12 Boldenone Prop (fast acting EQ!) - 75mg ED
    5-8 IGF-1 LR3 - 40 mcg ED
    5-12 Tren - 50mg ED
    9-12 Winny 50mg ED
    Arimdex .25mg ED
    Tribulus 3-4 grams ED

    PCT
    13-16 IGF-1 LR3 - 40mcg ED
    Clomid routine, etc, etc
    Tribulus 3-4 grams ED

    Well, I am only 1 week in with it, and I feel that it is just starting to kick in. Starting to get the EQ wrinkles and oil/acne (slight at this point, but I notice it). Nice hardness to my muscles... but that is the winny. I let you know as I get firther into cycle...

    Nice job Solrock. I missed 400lbs on my last cycle by not locking out my elbows, almost had the **** thing. Had to settle for 390lbs. Gurantee I will destroy 400lbs on the next one. Must be a great feeling, congrats, but jealous.

    keep up the work...... you are about my size.. i got 525 up this cycle..

    you can do it....... have you tried static training?? develops explosive power... but for a very short time..

    Nice... if i could get to 500 without weighing over 225 that would be.... beyond anything i ever thought possible. What was your weight when you put up 525?

    225.... but i am down to 205 now.... and trying to drop fat fast...

    I do alot of static training... and heavy negatives...

    with the AS... my recovery is very quick and you can swap with these 2 routines every 4 days..

    at the time...

    750mg test cyp
    40mg dbol
    40mg var
    250mg tren enthe e4d..

    currently

    500mg test cyp
    100mg masteron eod
    50mg winny

    Don't know if you know static training... but give it a try.. i love the strength that it builds, and the soreness after a workout..

    ****! 400 lbs on the bench when you weigh 205!! I'm 5'10" and 230 and I've never put up 400. I can rep 350 3-4 times, but I look forward to accomplishing what you just did. Granted, my body fat% is slightly higher (about 15%), but you're one strong cat. How old are you? Any suggestions on how I can expedite my victory in pushing those next 50 pounds?

    Very impressive. 2X your bodyweight and above is a level that not very many see. The fact that you're only in week one of your current cycle has to be pretty motivational. Keep us posted along the way.

    good job man, i wish i can do that much.. im 175lbs 2 weeks into my first cycle hoping to hit 315 this week! hope to be talking about 400 soon!!..

    Awesome bro. I remember when I first hit 405. I bought a 400lb bench press club shirt to psych myself up for it, and I hit it up 4 times. As excited as i was, I kinda felt a little sh!tty soon after cause I realized that now I gotta get to 500. Well, Im at 465 for 2 at the moment, and less than 2 weeks into my cycle. I think its time to order the 500lb bench club tee. Fvck I cant wait!

    ****, you guys are pretty strong. I am 225lb at a pretty low BF and can only press 365lb max.
