Someone help clarify this newbies confusion.....
I've been contemplating ideas on different stacks that suit right for me
first let me elaborate on what my situation is. i haven't used any roids yet,this'll be my first time so i need some veteran feedback.
i'm 6'2"
255 lbs
Age 23
i've always been active,i've been playing football since the age of 10,still play semi-pro.
so basically i'm in good shape,always have been
i've maxed out at as high as 425 lbs on the bench naturally
repped as high as 355 lbs again,naturally
Which brings me to my personal imaginative idealistic goals
i want to remain 245 - 255 lbs,but get shredded
and maintain the same bench weight.
This all concludes to this inquiry.
Based on the information i've submitted
What would be an ideal stack for me?
Again i'm just getting straight to the point
and i appreciate any informative support.

Would be more than happy to critique a cutting cycle for you and a cutting diet but first you must do your own research and utilize the SEARCH button up top. After you read and learn what AS and/or diet you need then post it up. We will critique it to your needs as best we can. Welcome to AR bro.

stayiung at the same weight would be a tough task and no matter what AS you take your strength too will go up...
o good beginner cycle is a long ester test (due to it's less frequent injections.) for 12 weeks. the only thing is you will gain some water weight during which can be reduced with certain aids.. but no matter what your weight WILL go up.
basically all you want to do is use them to lose some b/f???
not sure they will help you achieve what your aiming for... cardio and perhpas some clen would be the way to go then...

I think if you want to keep your strength but yet lose some fat then just fix up your diet and do your cardio...you should be able to stay strong while getting lean....just make sure you get enough protein and rest....just because you are cutting doesn't mean you lose your strength as long as you keep lifting heavy

my protein consumption is on average
250 grams a day
Carbs around 230,all complex carbs
calories 2000-2500
as far as what i had in mind for cycling
week 1-3 200-400 MG's of Deca along with a certain dosage of clen
week 4-10 Same deal just gradually incorporate winny
This is just an idea. Again i thank you bro's for such an quick and efficient reply
i'm open to any thoughts.

ok no deca alone...you need test in any cycle...deca is not a cutting drug....
If you feel you need a cycle I would recommend this:
Prop and Winny....Remember calories vs. calories out...drugs don't burn fat...cardio and diet due...while drugs help to maintain the muslce and strength...I still think you should try naturally first...you'd be surprised how well you would probably do

your goals are the same as what i am doing right now almost
this is what i am running:
1 - 10 test enanthate , 500 mg/week
clomid, nolva PCT
i'm cutting on 3500 cals/day
350 protein
200 - 250 carbs
100 - 150 fat
you definatly need to jack up your protein and cals in general
also you would want to consider running nolva through your whole cycle at 20 mgs ED since you are cutting

Palequail is right.....the prop/winny sounds good......I think you might get less water with that than with TestE........Take Proviron and Nolva for less water and as Anti-e during and post. Up your running.
