Cycle is:

1-11 400 mg test Cyp
1-10 200 mg Decca

now my only question is about the nolva.. i'm going to run it at 10mg through the whole cycle...But does it have to be run all the way till the end of PCT. Can some one tell me how many total Mg's? Thanks Bros

I would run it through PCT. For PCT I would bump it up to 20mg or 40mg ED (I run it at 40mg ED for pct. I found this works best for me).

I also like to include Arimidex in my cycles. You are only running 400mg test, so you may be okaay, but if it were me, I wouldn't risk it. I would take Arimidex at .25mg ED through the entire cycle. I actually start Arimidex 1-2 weeks BEFORE my cycle to build up blood levels.

Run 10mgs all through the cycle. Run 20mgs during pct...

I would only run 20mgs of the nolvo not 40, thats too much IMO.

Some people wait till they begin to get an itchy feeling under their nipples before they begin taking nolva. Personally, i don't like to wait that long... why take the chance of getting gyno. You should be just fine waiting till the second week on this cycle to begin Nolva.
