Loosing Pounds On Eq,sust Cycle..in Week 9...normal??
wassup bros?? just curious..im on week 9 on a 12 weeker of sust,eq..and my weight has dropped in the past week or so..it was at a steady 291 for like 3 weeks,,then it went down to 289..now its like 287..all these readings is in the morning on empty stomach..arm measurements are not going down and chest either..notice my mid section is going down however..havent really changed my diet much..maybe,lowered my carbs...could this be a sign the eq is fully kicked in??im hoping its bodyfat im loosing anyway..but,,not doing cardio yet..and still loosing while eating good calories of high protein and fairly moderate good carbs..whats yall take on this,,experienced ones respond please...thanks...

I would never rely on just pounds.
I keep a log of pounds and bf%.

Some of it is your body finally adjusting to the retention, and shedding some water.
But here's what I suggest:
If you're losing and your strength is down - Eat.
If your losing but you're hard and slingin' plates around the Gym - Dance a Jig.

Exactly. If youre losing weight and dont like it, spend more at the grocery store instead of playstation games

id go with water weight too, esp since u weigh over 285lbs losing 4lbs isn't too rough compared to someone weighing 190 losing 4-5lbs...

As long as your measurments arent going down your safe, dont rely on a scale to tell you how big your getting.

HAHA yes it IS!!!
Anyways, as TestSubject said, if your measurements are cool, and you are still as strong as you were beforehand everything should be ok. After i finished my DNP cycle and lost about 10lbs...my strength was intact when i went back to the gym. So if you are shedding lbs...whether it be water or fat, make sure your strength is still there, if so you're good to go.Last edited by big_mike; 04-07-2004 at 08:45 AM.
