Boxing weightlifting program
Is this a good 2x a week weightlifting program for an amateur boxer? All exercises will be 3 sets reps of 10,8,6 all while increasing weight each set.
Mon.
Dumbell bench press
Bent over reverse flys
Barbell shrugs
Neck machine
Fri.
Squats
Leg curls
Seated rows
Wide grip lat pulldowns
