Since i am 33 and even with diet and bootcamp and tae bo i cant damn seem to lose weight has much has i want.

I doug up my old Electronic muscle stimulator last week and tought to add it to my training*regiment.

Say for my hamstring since the physio said it was a part that was weak and of course the abs region.

I am not dumb and know that it does not burn fat nor will it give me a bodybuilder physic, but it does seem to make me harder and works fine on the lovehandles.

With that and the bootcamp i do tone of bodyweight squats, lungs, push ups, and with the bands you do a lot of deltoid work too.
