"Tradition says Endurance training...????"
This website says for endurance training. And this is a repectable website too. You do not do light weight high reps. As a matter of fact its the opposite!??! Someone help clarify this for me?!?!?

for endurance trainng you would concentrate on higher reps w/ less weight, Whats the confussion?
