mi guessing this is your last week of dieting or ur probobly really close to your contest and no water is going in you at all.

Herb..i honestly no longer want to compete.
I feel like shit...my strength's dropped by half...i feel soft AND small..and flat...and frustrated.

I'm going to compete still...
Makes no sense having already thrown away all that size to get down to this weight...and then decide NOT to compete.
I'm adjusting my diet from tomorrow morning:
Estimating LBM @ 170 lbs:
Calories @ 12 kcal per lb LBM: 2040 kcal
Pro @ 1gr per lb-->170 gr (680 kcal)
Carb @ 1 gr per lb--> 170 gr (680 cal)
The remaining calories alotted to fat: 680 kcal--> appr. 76 gr fat
Split over 5 meals:
Meals 1; 4(PWO); 5(PPWO)--> pro/carb
Meals 2; 3;--> pro/fat
PWO ratio: protein (.4 gr per lb LBM...i.e. 42 gr)-carb: 1:2
I'd tired as hell tho.
How many more days you got?

How many calories are you taking in Herb?
I'm using 12 kcal per lb LBM..but i'm reading other places that maintenance shoudl be 14 calories per kcal..which i think is to high

Just keep going guys, in the end it will be all worth it...and DO NOT cut those carbs too low...it will be very difficult to carb up if you do, DO NOT GET to depleted...as a matter of fact if you guys are in the 4-5% BF, i would sudgest a practive fat/load sme type a meal i recomend for Saturday fat load in my carb/fat load strategy...god luck to both of you!
