    any body happy with their body?

    All I see is : do this to reach your goals.. Blah blah...

    I was just wondering if anybody was happy with the way they looked right now.

    I don't want to get better, just maintain.

    Me:

    5'9"

    try to stay around 190 to 200lbs

    single digit body fat.

    turn 40 in February.

    happy as a pig in shit with my body... on or off steroids .

    I dont think i'll ever be happy...everyone always say how "jacked"i am and fit blah blah..but when i look in the mirror i dont see it =\..my goal was i was younger was to look somewhat like arnold did at his time and now that im 23 and i see him at 23 lol theirs no chance ill look like him..

    i think people who do this as a hobby would be happy with there bodies
    but people who put a big part of there lives into this always wanna see a change

    me i wanna see change as i still see fat and love handles till there gone and i have a six pack i doubt ill every be happy

    I am happy. and so is your gf.... jk. It would be nice to gain, but I am perfectly content with where I am. I am not really big with clothes on but when they come off I look fantastic. and that is the goal IMO

    I'm ok only because people give me props from time to time. Went to a store the other day that i used to frequent and the owner said that i was huge. Bigger than he's ever saw me. That was nice. But the day before i was pissed about my chest and abs. Nah..I'll never be happy.

    I'm happy with mine. Of course there is always room for improvement, but I've reached the point where I need to be realistic. I'm not one of these guys who can live, eat, and breath the gym anymore. My family needs my time and I have a career now. When I see how many others have given up everything they liked to do and are now washed up and miserable, hell yeah I'm happy, haha
