Only 6 hrs of sleep
i have a problem but i dont know how serious it is. I wake up every morning at 4:30 am to do my cardio for 45min b4 work. My problem is i go to bed at 10:30pm that only gives me 6 hrs of sleep. I know its optimal to have 8 hrs but i cant help it there is no way i can go to bed at 8:30pm thats just inhuman besides i wouldnt fall asleep anyway. What do you guys think.

Ideal sleep is 6-8 hours.....
Let me ask you this.... do you feel your not making any progress? Cause if you are still making progress don't sweat the ammount of sleep you are getting because obviously it is enough for you body.

well do you do cardio everyday? you can do cardio on your non-workout days and on your workout days you dont do cardio and get to sleep one hour more. many possibilities.

i do cardio 6 days a week and i lift 4 days a week so that leaves me with 1 day to sleep 8 hours or more and thats on sunday morning.

And that would probably mean he would only do cardio 2-3 times a week... which is no sufficient if he is cutting
